Welcome to FethiyeEnduro.com. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and booking our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Services Provided
  FethiyeEnduro.com provides motorcycle tours, enduro training, and rental services in Fethiye, Turkey. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.
• Eligibility and Requirements

• Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old (unless specified for junior training sessions with parental consent).
• License: For tours involving public roads, participants must hold a valid motorcycle operator’s license (Category A or equivalent).
• Health: Participants must be in good physical health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to ride safely.

• Booking and Payment

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure a booking.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed by us.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Customer:
• [30] days or more before the tour: Full refund (minus administrative fees).
• [15-29] days before: 50% refund.
• Less than [15] days: No refund.
• Cancellations by FethiyeEnduro: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

• Safety and Conduct

• Helmets and protective gear are mandatory at all times during the ride.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide/instructor.
• We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s tour without a refund if their behavior is deemed reckless or dangerous to themselves or others.

• Insurance and Liability

• Personal Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants have personal travel and medical insurance that covers off-road motorcycling.
• Assumption of Risk: Motorcycling is an inherently risky activity. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Limitation of Liability: FethiyeEnduro.com and its staff shall not be held liable for personal injury, death, or loss/damage to personal property, except where caused by our gross negligence.

• Damage to Equipment & Motorbikes
  Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the rented motorcycles or equipment due to accidents or negligence. A damage deposit may be required before the start of the tour.
• Privacy Policy
  Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
• Governing Law
  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fethiye/Muğla.
